Tuul Triyason is an Assistant Professor at the School of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Thailand. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Mahidol University and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Information Technology from KMUTT. His research and teaching focus on cybersecurity and computer networks. He serves as an IT consultant to multiple Thai government agencies, including the Thai Customs Department, the Department of Land Transport, the Office of the Attorney General, and the Department of Foreign Trade. His research interests include public sector IT procurement policy, digital infrastructure governance, and anti-corruption in government IT investment.
