Université Côte d’Azur (UCA) is a community of universities and institutions (COMUE) with a strong research accent created in 2015. SKEMA Business School is a triple-accredited institution (EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA). SKEMA is one of Europe’s fastest growing business schools. Description of the position

Université Côte d’Azur is seeking applicants for a postdoctoral researcher position starting from November 2019 or soon thereafter. The researcher be integrated in an interdisciplinary, international research team spanning academics and industry representatives working on air-travel industry. The main task will include theoretical (possible Agent-Based) modeling of industrial dynamics in air-travel, with the accent on online consumer behavior (ticket purchasing) and presence of price comparison websites. The researcher will be based in Nice, or Sophia Antipolis and will be closely working with Dr. Zakaria Babutsidze. This is a fixed term contract of the duration of one year.

Requirements

• PhD in Economics, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialization in behavioral theoretical modeling, and or Agent-Based Simulations.
• Particular interest in consumer behavior, travel and/or airline markets.
• Data science skills and Big Data experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
