The postdoctoral fellow will work collaboratively with the partners and stakeholders, and the International Centre for Infectious Diseases involved in research projects. Applicants should have significant experience in health economics, strategy evaluation, policy analysis, modelling and simulations for vaccine-preventable diseases, and statistical analysis. The successful candidate will have excellent English language communication skills (both written and verbal), with prior experience of writing scientific articles.
Applicants must be within 3 years of having completed their PhD in a field that is relevant to the research projects (e.g., health economics, computational biology, bioinformatics, applied mathematics). The initial appointment will be for one year. Extension of the appointment for the second year is possible, but subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance during the first year. The salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate in the range of $40,000 to $48,000 CDN (including benefits).
