CfP: ABM in Management, Economic, and Organization Sciences at EURO 33rd Annual Conference


We are excited to invite you to contribute to the stream “Agent-based models in management, economic and organization sciences” at the EURO 33rd Annual Conference, scheduled for June 30 to July 4, 2024, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Session overview:
This stream focuses on the increasing relevance of simulation in management, economic, and organization sciences. As traditional analytical modeling and empirical research face challenges with complex, interrelated issues, simulation emerges as a potent alternative. We are looking for contributions that showcase the application of simulation methodologies to tackle questions in business, organization, and economics.

Topics of interest include:
Algorithmic management
Collaborative organizing and bottom-up dynamics
Microeconomics and Macroeconomics ABMs
Human behavior modeling
Collective intelligence and decision-making
Innovative approaches in ABM
Ensuring transparency and reproducibility in ABM research
Assessing ABM robustness
New solutions via innovative ABM approaches

Submission guidelines:
Submit your abstract (max 1,500 characters, excluding formulas/mathematical notations) via our abstract submission page: https://www.euro-online.org/conf/euro33/. When submitting, select “abstract in organized session” and use the session code 90b917a3. Each attendee may present one paper.
