IWcee14 - International Workshop on Computational Economics and Econometrics

It is a pleasure to announce the call-for-paper (abstract, first) for participating at “IWcee14 - International Workshop on Computational Economics and Econometrics” that will be held in Rome, 26-27 June 2014 at the National Research Council.

IWcee14 main topic this year will be:

“The socio-economics of networks: Theory and applications”

Both theoretical and applied papers dealing with networks in social sciences are welcome. Papers exploring the role of networks using statistical, econometric and computational techniques are highly encouraged. However, also a number of sociological and speculative papers will be considered. Finally, submissions in more general areas including agent-based modelling, computational econometrics, statistics and simulation methods will be also selected.

The best papers presented at the workshop will be published in a Special Issue of the “International Journal of Computational Economics and Econometrics” (IJCEE)

It goes without saying that your participation would be highly appreciated and we would be really glad if you could circulate this call among your colleagues also in other departments and universities.

The deadline for extended abstract submission is: May 1, 2014.
