Cormas is a simulation platform based on the VisualWorks programming environment and SmallTalk.

MASON is a fast discrete-event multiagent simulation library core in Java, designed to be the foundation for large custom-purpose Java simulations, and also to provide more than enough functionality for many lightweight simulation needs. MASON contains both a model library and an optional suite of visualization tools in 2D and 3D.

NetLogo is a free multi-agent programmable modeling environment originally authored by Uri Wilensky and developed at the Center for Connected Learning and Computer-Based Modeling.

The Repast Suite is a family of advanced, free, and open source agent-based modeling and simulation platforms that have collectively been under continuous development for over 15 years.
